About Us
The K & L Group is a full-service management company specializing in property and people solutions. From HR and staffing to onsite management and community services, we handle every aspect of running properties—from affordable housing and senior centers to student dorms and apartment communities. We partner with property owners, universities, and organizations to manage their assets and support the people who live and work there.Rooted in mission, TKLG develops, owns, and operates properties and ventures that create opportunity for communities historically excluded from ownership and access. We work alongside our nonprofit partner, NextChapter Foundation, to deliver services and programs on site.
As an additional value tklg also offers management services for the properties it purchases as well as managing additional value brands such as hr, coaching, on/offboarding, data analytics, etc.
